Otaegui finished runner-up at the Alfred Dunhill Championship at Leopard Creek CC with a four-day total of 16-under par.

Otaegui won the Estrella Damm N.A. Andalusia Masters in Sotogrande, Spain with a four-day total of 19-under par.

Otaegui posted a four-day total of 19-under par at Fairmont St Andrews and finished in a tie for third place at the Hero Open.

Otaegui fired a nine-under 63 on Sunday at the Scottish Championship to finish 23-under-par, winning the event by four strokes over runner-up Matt Wallace.

Otaegui moved up into a tie for third place after a strong six-under 65 in the final round of the Turkish Airlines Open.
