The Buccaneers waived Brent (undisclosed) from their injured reserve list Wednesday per the NFL's official transaction page.
ANALYSIS
Brent had resided on IR since Sept. 6, and it's still unclear what sort of injury he's dealing with. Once the Wake Forest product gets healthy, he'll be able to work out and sign with another team elsewhere around the league.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2018
2017
2016
Brent, an undrafted free agent from Wake Forest, played five games with the Colts last season after spending a year on Oakland's practice squad, However, he didn't have a reception and just one target. He's got some size at 6-3 to give the Colts a red zone target, but he faces an uphill battle to win a roster spot with Indy taking two receivers in the 2018 draft.
Brent has yet to appear in an NFL contest after spending his rookie campaign in 2016 as a member of the Raiders’ practice squad. He’ll be in a battle for the fifth spot at wide receiver throughout training camp, competing against Johnny Holton and Jaydon Mickens for the coveted roster spot.
While Brent isn't a lock to make the Raiders' active roster, the team's first depth chart of the preseason listed him as a top-6 wide receiver. Although this is subject to change, at press time this means Brent is projected to back up a receiving corps of Amari Cooper, Michael Crabtree, Seth Roberts and Andre Holmes entering the regular season. But, this role is of little importance fantasy-wise, and, hence, Brent is best suited for the waiver wire in 2016. He'll begin the regular season on the Raiders' practice squad.
