Past Fantasy Outlooks
2017
2016
The 2016 second-rounder was largely a non-factor as a rookie, but he should have more responsibilities thrust upon him in Year 2 with Zach Orr (retirement) no longer occupying the middle linebacker spot next to C.J. Mosley. Correa was a pass-rusher in college, which made for a steep learning curve when he was asked to move inside last season. With a full year under his belt to get accustomed to playing out of the WILL linebacker spot, the time is now for Correa to seize a starting role. His durability and coverage abilities will be tested if he winds up starting, but the opportunity for a high tackle volume makes Correa a potential low-end IDP option at linebacker.
The Ravens' second-round selection in this year's draft, Correa played defensive end at Boise State but has been groomed at both inside and outside linebacker during his first training camp in Baltimore. He's only expected to serve in a depth role during his rookie season, though, with his biggest contributions expected to come as a sub-package pass rusher. Overall, Correa is unlikely to establish IDP relevance in 2016.
