AVEZ vs. Endpoint

Endpoint will be the favorites to take down AVEZ in this quarter-final matchup in BLAST Rising. AVEZ qualified for the quarter-finals with wins against Secret and sAw, and they have bolstered their lineup with the addition of the former Virtus.pro player byali, who is expected to start Monday. This is a solid addition to the team, but they will still be big underdogs against an Endpoint side that only dropped a single match in the group stage.

Both CRUC1AL and Thomas will have solid chances of scoring well in this matchup for Endpoint, but it is also reflected in the pricing, as both are among the highest-priced players on this slate. Surreal is coming off a poor performance against Complexity, but this was a match where Endpoint were completely outclassed, and he will have a great at chance bouncing back with a good performance against a lesser skilled AVEZ side. At just $4,800, I so no reason why you would not roster him if you want to have exposure to Endpoint. 

If AVEZ are to cause an upset, they will likely to win their map choice. Markos, who is their main AWPer, stands out as a decent play at $6,800, with Train being a likely map pick for the Poles.

LDLC vs. Syman

Syman are significant favorites in this HellCase opening match against the French side LDLC. The plays that stand out in terms of value for Syman are n0rb3r7 and mou. n0rb3r7 is pretty volatile in terms of fantasy scoring, but whenever he is priced in this range it is worth having some exposure. mou hasn't been the best play in recent times, but this is the type of match where he has the potential to put up some numbers, with Dust2 being likely. While Keoz is somewhat overpriced at $8,600, this is a slate where you can still fit him in without too much of an issue, and he makes for a good combo alongside mou due to how solid they have been on Dust2.

LDLC are big underdogs according to the bookmakers, but this is not the most prestigious cup in the world and Syman might let off the gas a bit, which could give some room for a player like hAdji or SIXER to perform, but I would not touch any of the others.

• LDLC Players to Target: SIXER ($7,600), hAdji ($7,000)

Nordavind vs. FATE

Nordavind are currently sitting on a 6–1 record in BLAST Rising and will be big favorites to take down the Hungarians from FATE. Nordavind have looked surprisingly solid after bombing out of Elisa Invitational, with both TENZKI and NaToSaphiX showing good form. While TENZKI has been solid, it needs to be said that he is completely overpriced at $10,000 with players like CRUC1AL and Thomas in the same price range, and if it wasn't for the fact that you can grab a player like Surreal in the $4,000 range, he would likely be a fade on this slate. If you're planning on going with a top-heavy captain pick, or if you have no plans on rostering Surreal, HS makes for a far more reasonably priced play at $7,800. The Estonian is actually tied with TENZKI at 0.70 kills/round throughout his tenure on the team, and he was among the top scorers in their most recent 16–2 trashing of FATE. 

On the side of FATE, Mar has been the best player by quite a margin. Both harn and Zix are new players to the roster, and harn is somewhat interesting as a contrarian play, but rostering any FATE players is going to be a risk.
