Heads to JuCo school

September 1, 2021
Hawkins committed to JuCo program Lackawanna College earlier in the summer, joining the program as a transfer from Akron, JUCO Football Frenzy reports.
ANALYSIS
The JuCo school marks the fifth different program for Hawkins since he began his collegiate career in 2018. After committing to UTEP out of high school, Hawkins moved on to Maryland, then Louisiana and then Akron before re-entering the transfer portal this offseason. Hawkins didn't make any appearances for any of his prior stops, so he'll look to put out some good film in the JuCo ranks before potentially resurfacing in the FBS or FCS in 2022.
