ANALYSIS
Rated by Rivals as a three-star signing from the 2019 cycle, Evans dabbled at quarterback, running back and wide receiver over his two seasons with the Bulls. He provided his biggest impact on the ground, rushing for 136 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries. A sophomore this past season, Evans will have three years of eligibility at his next school, but he may have to sit out the 2021 season if the NCAA doesn't grant him a waiver.
