Okoro announced Sunday that he'll join Saint Louis as a transfer from Oregon, Benjamin Hochman of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
ANALYSIS
The Nigerian-born big man is returning closer to his aunt and uncle -- who live in Illinois -- to continue his collegiate career. Okoro spent his first two seasons at Oregon and averaged 3.3 points and 4.2 rebounds in 17.1 minutes during the 2019-20 season. He'll have two years of remaining eligibility after sitting out the 2020-21 season to comply with NCAA transfer rules.
