Lecque had fulfilled the necessary academic requirements to declare for the NBA Draft out of high school. He did not sign an agent at first, as he wanted to leave the door open for a possible college opportunity at North Carolina State. Lecque stayed in the draft past the withdrawal deadline, but he ultimately wasn't taken in the 2019 NBA Draft. He signed a multi-year deal with the Suns the following June and has since played with Phoenix and its G League affiliate, the Northern Arizona Suns.
