An undrafted free agent out of Michigan, Robinson spent his first NBA season on a two-way deal with the Heat and their G-League affiliate, the Sioux Falls Skyforce. He played in 15 games for Miami, starting once. Robinson averaged 3.3 points and 1.2 rebounds across 10.7 minutes per outing. Robinson totaled 50 points on 39.1 percent shooting, including 10-of-35 from long range. He tallied season highs across the board with 15 points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals in the Heat's last contest of the season, Apr. 10 at Brooklyn. Robinson enjoyed another solid game on Mar. 2, when he registered six points by virtue of 2-of-3 shooting from long range. He averaged 8.7 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists in the three contests in which he logged at least 20 minutes of action. Robinson also scored at least four points on six occasions.
