Hornets Look To Halt Four-Game Slide
The Charlotte Hornets play host to the Dallas Mavericks at Spectrum Center on Saturday evening.

The Hornets (16-35) have dropped nine of their last 10 games, including their last four in a row. They have dropped three of their last four home games and look to get back on track and add to their 8-16 home record. The Hornets are averaging a league-low 103.0 points per game, and they are giving up an average of 110.8 points against. Amidst the teams struggles, Devonte' Graham has slowed down after his hot start to the season and is averaging 15.2 points on 37.9 percent shooting, 7.4 assists, 2.5 rebounds and 1.1 steals, over the last 10 games. Terry Rozier has also seen his numbers dip, averaging 16.6 points, 5.2 rebounds and 3.6 assists, over the last 10 games.

Meanwhile, the this marks the second game of a back-to-back for the Mavericks (31-21), as they are coming off a one-point loss in Washington on Friday night. The Mavs have been without Luka Doncic (ankle) for their last five games and have gone 2-3 during that stretch. Kristaps Porzingis has played in all but one of those games and has topped 30 points in three of those four games. However, he was quiet on Friday, with just 11 points on 3-of-9 shooting. Tim Hardaway Jr. is playing well, averaging 14.9 points, while shooting 43.9 percent from long range, over the last 10 games. Jalen Brunson is averaging 12.5 points, 3.2 assists and 2.6 rebounds, over the last 10 games. The Mavs average 116.1 points per game, which is third most in the league, and they are holding opponents to an average of 110.2 points per game. They average 15.1 made three-pointers per game, which is second most in the league, while they shoot 36.8 percent from long range.
