If you've been waiting for your Rockies to break out, this could be the week as they begin the period with a four game set at home against the middling Giants staff before heading to the Pacific Northwest for three games against the Mariners and their weak staff. As usual, the Twins are also in good shape with seven games, drawing the Pirates and Royals, another pair of below average pitchers.
Speaking of the Mariners, they're home for seven, so it's the rare week to dust off Seattle hitters and get them in your lineup. Living out of their suitcases this week are the Yankees and Giants, both on the road for seven.
The Red Sox and Nationals are the only clubs slated for just five games. Here's hoping it stays that way.
