Logs 37 disposals in GF
DWestern Bulldogs
September 26, 2021
Daniel recorded 37 disposals (26 kicks, 11 handballs) and made six marks during Saturday's 140-66 loss to Melbourne in the Grand Final.
ANALYSIS
Daniel had the most disposals among the Dogs by a wide margin and remained active even as the 'Dees pulled away after halftime. Throughout the season, Daniel proved capable of putting up big numbers, though this performance was his best, and he's not the one who should be leading when Premierships are on the line. Heading into 2022, Daniel is a decent alternative when the other stars on his team don't perform as well.

Another good game in win
DWestern Bulldogs
July 31, 2021
Daniel scored one goal to go with 32 disposals (16 kicks, 16 handballs) and took five marks from Saturday's 105-56 win over Adelaide in Round 20.
ANALYSIS
Daniel has recorded at least 30 disposals in three of the last four rounds and it's resulted in two straight games with over 100 fantasy points scored. While his scoring floor isn't so good as a defender, his recent work in possession is nothing to be messed with if some of the midfield stars are unable to get going in a given match.
Strong in win
DWestern Bulldogs
July 25, 2021
Daniel scored one goal to go with 34 disposals (17 kicks, 17 handballs) and made six marks during the 85-65 win over Melbourne in Round 19.
ANALYSIS
Daniel has only topped 100 fantasy points on four occasions all season but his recent production suggested he was on track to doing so again, now that he's recorded at least 30 disposals in two of his last three games. Though this result probably means Daniel won't score over 100 in his next start, he still has plenty of value with three goals in his last three rounds.
Busy in loss
DWestern Bulldogs
June 18, 2021
Daniel scored one goal to go with 27 disposals (16 kicks, 11 handballs) and made six tackles during Friday's 83-78 loss to Geelong in Round 14.
ANALYSIS
Daniel seems to play his best against the best opponents and that's reflected by big efforts against Richmond, Port Adelaide, Melbourne and now the Cats this season. With at least 88 fantasy points scored in five of the last seven rounds, Daniel offers solid mid-tier value for a defender with a good scoring ceiling.
Collects 34 disposals in loss
DWestern Bulldogs
April 30, 2021
Daniel logged 34 disposals (16 kicks, 18 handballs) and made five marks during Friday's 77-55 loss to Richmond.
ANALYSIS
Daniel hadn't put up other 100 fantasy points since Round 1 and only reached 30 disposals on one other occasion until this game. While consistency hasn't been a major feature of his efforts this season, more performances like this one could see Daniel throw his name into the ring of the league's most valuable fantasy defenders.
Suspended for Round 5
DWestern Bulldogs
Suspension
April 13, 2021
Daniel will be suspended for Round 5 against Gold Coast after taking out Brisbane's Thomas Berry in Round 4.
ANALYSIS
Daniel was taken out of the contest after the reckless hit and will now miss one match. He's had good fantasy value early in the season with 92 disposals and 14 marks through three completed matches and will now be eligible to play in Round 6.
